Return Policy:
– Merchandise can only be returned with our approval, or confirmation.
– Upon approval you will receive a replacement WowTowel or refund, however any freight or shipping cost, and any credit card transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
– There is no refund or exchange on custom made towels (eg. embroidered), closeouts, or special sales items.
– Upon approval an exchange or refund can take place with deduction of any shipping costs, and 20% restocking fee.
